Tom is the Founder and Managing Director of TML Recruitment. He is a highly experienced property search consultant that brings a passion, desire and energy to be the best at what he does. But moreover, caring about long term relationships over everything and doing things the right way.

With 18+ years experience building property & real estate teams for developers, global property consultancies and boutique investment firms, Tom has worked on two continents, starting his career in London before moving to Dubai. He spent nearly 6 years in the Middle East where he grew from Consultant to Director in 3 years, leading the Property and Real Estate division for the Middle East branch of a multinational agency. He then returned to the UK to set up his own search firm focussing on the the GCC, UK & Ireland markets.

Tom's expertise is wide ranging in the property sector, placing CEOs of major mall developers to General Practice Surveyors in boutique property consultancies. He has built long standing client relationships in the industry that have trusted him to help build their businesses.

Tom started his career in recruitment after achieving his Bachelors Degree in Sports Science & Nutrition.

When his young daughter is not running rings around him, he is still trying to master the game of golf, yet failing miserably whilst supporting Tottenham Hotspur also has several challenges!
